Returns

In the event customer wishes to return any purchased items (the “Items” or the “Item”), a $25 restocking fee will be applied to each returned Item. No returns are permitted on special orders, custom cut stone and Items that were picked up and removed from The Yard.

Storage

Customer shall take physical possession of all purchased Items within 21 days from the date of purchase.

The Yard will charge a $1 storage fee for each purchased Item for each calendar day in excess of 21 days if the Customer or its designee has not taken possession of the Items. All storage fees must be paid in full prior to the Items being released for pickup.

In the event the Customer fails to (a) take physical possession of any Item and/or (b) pay the required storage fees, in each case within 90 days from the date of purchase, The Yard shall at its sole discretion consider any such Item to be abandoned and all rights of the ownership to such Item shall revert to The Yard, including, but not limited to, the right to dispose, relocate or resell.
