Quartz is an excellent choice for any indoor surface. This zero maintenance engineered stone resists staining better than any other stone surface. Quartz is generally composed of 93% crushed natural stone and 7% adhesive. Being non-porous, quartz does not provide a habitat for bacteria or mold, as does unsealed natural stone, making quartz a healthy choice.
